Claims received from your practice are entered into Praetors billing software for further processing. Claim Scrubbing

Claims sent to insurance companies with incomplete information are denied. Re-filing is a time consuming and a labor intensive process. Praetors scrubs the claims to ensure that all relevant information for processing is included. All incomplete information is followed up with the practice. If claims have to be re-filed, we will do so at its own cost at no charge to the client.

Insurance & Denial

Claims not paid beyond a certain date are flagged and followed up on to ensure collection. Praetors follows up with each insurance company based on their specific payment schedules. We strive to keep your 60-day outstanding accounts receivable below 20%, and 120-day accounts receivable below 10%.
